The locally based news company Newsy.com just got some major press. Tech Crunch, a site known for tough reviews, just reiterated its previously mentioned love for the Newsy iPhone App and the two latest additions to the Newsy staff. Pam Maples, former managing editor of the St. Louis Post-Dispatch, and Jim Flink, anchor and news reporter at KMBC-TV, Kansas City’s ABC affiliate.
