Thanks to Dave Ramsey, I was recently introduced to the work of an author/speaker named Simon Sinek. After watching a video presentation on his concept of “The Golden Circle,” I knew you needed to see it, too! In Mr. Ramsey’s email, it states, “People don’t buy what you do, they buy why you do it.” I [Click Here]

Hubbell Incorporated released good news to investors today. Its plant in Centralia is the largest industrial employer in Boone County and one of the last union shops in the area, employing roughly 585 people. National housing data released yesterday contained some good news: single-family home starts in September rose 4.4 percent from August, to an annual rate of 452,000. Action on Richland Road tabled… again
Posted by admin on Monday, October 18th, 2010 Categories:
The City Council Monday night went much like most of the public hearings concerning the Richland Road proposal — long and lacking closure. Monday night was supposed to be the climactic finale of a process that began two years ago. Instead, the council decided to table the proposal yet again. All that changed was the [Click Here]

We just completed our first official foray into school fundraising. After the school assembly a few weeks ago, my 12-year old came home excited. She waltzes in the door with catalogs, an order form, and a plan. Of course, I helped her prepare. (Hey, what can I say…I’m a sales trainer.) We planned her route [Click Here]

Don’t give it enough gas and it never catches. Give it too much gas, you flood the engine and [Click Here]
